SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

UK SHIPPING RATES

The cost of delivery to the UK is included in the prices shown on the website. 

UK SHIPPING SERVICE 

We are usually able to dispatch orders within 24 -48 hours of receiving a confirmed order, with the exception of orders received on a Friday as  we are not able to send until the Monday - so delivery would be on the Tuesday or Wednesday. We use Parcelforce express 24 service.

INERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We regret that we are currently not offering an international delivery service 

RETURNS

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the goods have been damaged in transit.

 
DAMAGED GOODS
 
We will replace goods which are damaged in transit. Please retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
 
LOST GOODS
 
If goods ordered are not received by the customer and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, please  notify us within 7 days of placing your order for replacement goods to be sent. We will investigate lost packages with our courier partner. No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside this time limit.
 
FAULTY GOODS
 
We operate a rapid replacement or no-quibble money-back guarantee for any products found to be faulty. Please  call us on  +44 (0) 1884 855475 or email us at mail@originalsurfboards.co.uk so that we can arrange for products to be returned to us ideally with their original packaging.
 
 
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL 
 
The right to cancel your order must be exercised within 14 days of the delivery of the goods. Customers wishing to exercise this right must notify us by email on mail@originalsurfboards.co.uk or in writing to The Original Surbfoard Company, Leigh Barton Farm, Silverton, Exeter, Devon. U.K EX5 4DA .
 
As a condition of the right to cancel customers must arrange at their own expense the return of the goods in a saleable condition to the address above. The goods will be deemed returned when receipt is confirmed at the above address. Customers will be entitled to a full refund for the cost of the goods.
 
Any information, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty.
 

REFUND PAYMENTS 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
